Quality Inn & Suites

We had to book this hotel at the last minute due to an emergency, and while it put a roof over our heads in a pinch, I will absolutely never stay here again. To keep it real, this place feels more like a drug den than an actual hotel. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels that actually bother to upkeep their property, but this place is just filthy. The one major bright spot is the woman working the front desk. She was extremely nice and incredibly welcoming, which was a huge relief. Beyond her, however, the rest of the staff is awful. If you wave or try to be friendly, they just give you mean, hostile stares and go out of their way to make you feel completely uncomfortable. The building itself has a strong, foul odor throughout, and there is visible mold on the walls. The room is in terrible condition—the bathroom door looks like it was kicked in. If you close it, it gets stuck, and you feel like you might actually break the door just trying to get out. On top of that, our room cards deactivate every single time we leave the property, forcing me to go to the front desk constantly just to get back inside. The biggest issue, however, is the complete lack of safety. When we arrived last night, there was a random guy sleeping in his car. The second we got out of our vehicle, he got out of his. He clearly didn't even stay at the hotel, and I have no idea if they even have security here, but my family and I did not feel safe at all. I am attaching pictures of the mold and the damaged doors so you can see exactly what you are walking into. It served its purpose for a last-minute emergency, but I highly recommend staying far away from this place.

Pest🪳Cockroach Infestation & Poor Accountability During my stay, I discovered a live cockroach entering a gap in the baseboard wall of my room — video evidence clearly showing it disappearing into the wall, indicating an active infestation inside the walls, not just a one-off sighting. I reported it immediately upon discovery in the morning. The hotel's response was dismissive — rather than taking responsibility, they attempted to deflect by questioning why I did not report it the night before. I was asleep at night. I reported it the moment I saw it. Using the timing of a guest's discovery to minimize a pest complaint is unacceptable. The matter was escalated to Expedia, who contacted the property directly. Even then, the hotel showed poor attitude and failed to take ownership of the situation. Expedia offered a token goodwill credit — which speaks for itself. Future guests should be aware: there is evidence of cockroach activity in the walls of this property. If you value hygiene and basic pest control standards, look elsewhere!

horrible quality. The elevator stank of weed, night table was barely hanging on the wall, the restroom had no lock and had a hole in the wall, the sheets had a blood stain on them for one of the beds, and the room service threw out over $150 worth of clothing.

Steer clear. Very dirty. Not well maintained. Sketchy individuals. Trust me, pay slightly more for any of the 3.5+ star hotels in the area and you will get a far better experience.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient, and the service is consistently excellent. The lady at the front desk is always professional, welcoming, and very accommodating, which makes the stay even more pleasant.

We stayed at Quality Inn with our family for a short weekend getaway. The room was spacious and comfortable for all three of us, and the bed provided a very relaxing night’s sleep.
