Super happy clean spacious n such nice hotel staff n housekeepers it made my day I was in shock it was our 52 anniversary I'll bb back we had a king suite I really was pleased

We were gifted a night stay here at the Lucky eagle Casino Hotel and it did not let us down. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were a great size andthe water temperatures pressure were amazing. The linen and towels provided by the hotel or clean soft and with a good aroma

This place sucks! Don’t waste your money here! Slots are so tight you can spend $400 and get a bonus for $25! It’s a joke! I have been coming here for years and have left satisfied the amount of times I can count on one hand! I mean just take a look at my win/loss for 2025 Lucky Eagle! Why would I come back? My husband and I have spent quite a bit of money and are unsatisfied with this casino! Also, with all the money spent, you would think “free play” would be more! Lmfao! That’s a joke too! At least at other casinos you win a little bit! The bathrooms smell like a skilled nursing facility! Gross! Aren’t you supposed ti wash your hands with warm water? Too bad, the water is freezing! Bartenders are absolutely amazing! No complaints there at all! But do NOT come here to gamble! I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE TO GAMBLE!!!!

We had a Deluxe instead of a Premium so there was no microwave. I think that is the only difference. Forget about any kind of view. We had a view of the storage area and otherwise it would be the parking lot. There are only 5 floors. There is a good pizza parlor in the hotel section and a coffee shop which we did not know about since we usually only go to the casino. The pizza is good! You don’t have to walk outside in the rain to get to the casino. Our room was super clean and had plenty of towels and amenities. There is a coffee maker that uses pods which is not listed on the amenities for the room. In the casino there is THE Best Seafood Bar!! Parking is plentiful. The lobby is very nice and the hotel is quiet. Check in was easy but the rep was unfriendly - just did her job that’s all

Our stay was great! I would highly recommend staying. We were put in a newly renovated room. So clean and the beds are so comfortable now!! I even inquired about what mattress they are using.

It was a nice hotel. It seemed new, well furnished, and had a nice hot tub. There was a big hairball in my shower when I arrived, and there was a large stain on the lamp. Both made me wonder what else might be dirty that I just couldn’t see with the naked eye. However, this is not the reason for my low rating. We also tried to eat at the restaurant, but the wait was so long that we gave up and went back to our room and had to order out instead. The biggest issue, however, was safety. The adjoining room connected to my room did not have a locking door. On my side, there was a lever handle. On the side facing the other room, there was no handle, which is clearly intended to prevent someone from opening it from that side. However, without an actual lock, I did not have the ability to secure the door. From my perspective, it felt like someone could force it open with a credit card or tool. Whether or not that is technically true, I did not feel safe. If both doors were opened, someone could walk straight through from the other room. I told the front desk that I did not feel safe. I also spoke with housekeeping. I was told that some rooms have locks and some do not, and that they had seen some with locks but did not know which rooms actually had them or how to assign one. My concern was not addressed, nobody seemed to care, and it was not escalated. That is unacceptable for a hotel. Guest safety should not be optional. This could have been a good stay, but the basic lack of security, long restaurant wait, and lack of cleanliness ruined it.

The beds were horrible! We couldn’t leave fast enough. Very soft and the bedding was cheap and warm. Only slept for 2 hours.

Gave this place another chance after my first review…What a joke! Wasted time and money! Do not gamble here! Again can’t even finish a beer before you lose over $200 on a $1.00 bet! Not even fun! 2 bonuses in over 2 hours and they paid crap! Again, not fun. Only thing good about this place is some of the staff. Food isn’t bad. DO NOT GAMBLE HERE!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I know it’s gambling but almost nothing after over $200 is a little ridiculous!

Hi fellow TA. Just got back from visiting my daughter. Stayed 6 nights at Lucky Eagle Hotel. Standard King Room. Hotel an room was very nice, clean . Had Micro , coffee maker, refrigerator . Large would say 55 inch TV . Everything about the room hotel was excellent . EXCEPT the sheets. Smaller loose sheets . Come loose on top below you. Tough to tuck in !They just didn't fit mattress. Again we loved the stay, the people, the hotel. Wife an i made due with them an they work. But found it a little strange. Again hotel was great ! As for casino. Was nice but smokey. Food was good but little pricey. Wife an I not big gamblers but do like Video poker . They had two machines and frankly I never seen video poker machines like them . Terrible pay out also . Again very nice inside. People work there hotel an casino very nice. Would i stay again ? Sure would . NOTE !! They had dog runs an RV parking sites also

Celebrating 30 years I was psyched to stay here, but compared to other Indian Casinos I’ve stayed at, Lucky Eagle is just average. If you’re going to a concert and you’re not wanting to drive home in the dark, it doesn’t get more convenient than this, but it’s not a destination on its own.
