Tony was really a perfect Host. He gave us the best room ^̮^ . Very easy to talk to and accommodative
I just arrived and my room is infested with cockroaches and lice. They didn't clean it, and they won't give me my money back. There's no one to help me. Does anyone know what I can do? I need help because I don't speak English ☹️
The caucasian guy took my money, wouldn’t let me check in, kicked me out and was very rude. I hang up the phone in my face twice.
The room I got is infested with roaches so far I've killed 8 of them and 3 got away that were inside the fridge got it just for 1 day would never get a second one and I've only been here a hour
Room was absolutely horrifying. I did not complain. There was so many roaches running around I thought I was in Joe's apartment! I was practically scared to sleep because I did not want a roach to crawl on me or in my ear! I do not recommend the stay here. Rooms are not cleaned good enough towels and wash cloths are dingy I even seen a few stains and added a few of my own if you know what I mean but still, nah not cool. You guys need pest control, new paint and better presentation all around.
I have stayed at this hotel many times, and the non smoking rooms were wonderful! However, last night I stayed in a smoking room and it was the worst hotel experience. Lights didn't work. TV didn't work until we unplugged it a few times. The restroom door was disgusting! (See photos) It also didn't lock. And to top it off, there was a "little friend" left in the bathtub (ROACH). I am highly disappointed with this hotel that had my previous great review.
