SpringHill Suites by Marriott Minneapolis Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes

The staff at both the SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn in Maple Grove were incredibly professional, pleasant, and kind. They consistently made sure we felt welcomed, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything, such as extra blankets or towels, and always maintained a positive attitude. I would specifically like to recognize Jessa, Brittany, and Ana. They went above and beyond to make our stay feel pleasant and stress-free. The breakfast here was so good! They had so many different options and all the options looked incredible. And the service was awesome. Perfect place to stay.

Good location near shopping and restaurants

Customer service is good but the rooms aren't that good. I doubt if the sheets were washed and there was a weird smell coming.

Hotel is in a great location, especially for a tournament hotel. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and also a Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods 3 min away. Rooms are spacious and clean. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Will was amazing and so helpful. He was so professional and assisted us with a unique situation. Excellent customer service!!

A clean and orderly room, nicely appointed.

Front desk staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and looked exactly like pictures. Service was amazing - requested towels and linens via app and received quickly Breakfast was amazing. Minutes away from tons of food and shops ! Pool area is very clean as well. 10/10 as a travel agent I would definitely send my clients here. Very clean and friendly welcoming staff :)

I don't normally rate hotels especially the Marriott brand as i know what im getting before i even check in. Last tuesday i arrived at the maple grove location and everything was fine as usually. I've stayed at this particular location 4 to 5 times in the last couple of years and usually enjoy staying here. Every restaurant known to mankind is located within 5 minutes in Maple grove. However on this stay i was really annoyed. Woke up at 4am as i had a 12 hour drive to Billings MT, only to find out my shower was broken. The shower cartridge was either put on backwards or just broken, but it only produced scorching hot water. I had to use the sink just to wash up a bit. I decided to just check out and told the front desk clerk but she didnt care at all. No acknowledgement, no sorry about that, no NOTHING!!! when i asked if its too early for coffee she said it would take 15 to 20 mins for a new pot but by the tone in which it was said meant she didnt want to make a pot. So i said here let me make it easy, how about a carton of 2% milk from the kitchen. That she got me. Then i asked her if she knows whether the local Mcdonalds is open at this hour for coffee. She said she doesnt know where mcdonalds is even... so i left. Im really disappointed in this location. To top it all off, there was a winter storm that hit overnight too and the parking lot wasnt even plowed!!!!! 09/27/25: Back at Springhills Suites in Maple Grove and now new issue. Nothing wrong with my rokm but this is the 2nd time I've witnessed this and I think.im going to have to stay elsewhere. This hotel.likes to.host sports teams and this is not professional sports we're talkng about either. These are teens and the amount of noise in the hallways and door banging is completely unacceptable. Springhill Suites mgmt you need to address this issue... its getting out of hand as this is not the first time..

Overall, the hotel was fine. It is in an area with a lot of restaurants and shopping and is close to DT Minneapolis (about a 20 minute drive). The exterior of the hotel looked new and well kept. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was friendly. The room had a comfortable bed, lighting was not the best, and there was a gap between the shower door and wall which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor. Overall the stay was fine and the hotel was in a convenient location.

The room smelled and the faucet did not drain.
