It was fine, they had a full sized fridge in the room. However there is a stove and ours had the “burner on” light on even though it was off and cold. It was also shattered in the middle which is probably why. The bathtub was dirty and rusted. There were brown stains on the shower curtain. Also, when we turned on the AC a bug flew out. There were bugs all over in there. The check in desk person was someone outsourced to another country on a screen but it worked okay. Mainly concerned about the bugs and the dirty room, but you get what you pay for I guess.

I returned from work today between 5:00 and 6:00 PM and found that the key to Room 202 wasn't working. I went to the receptionist and asked her to replace the key, providing both the room number and my husband's name (since the reservation was under his name). She refused; I told her I didn't understand what she was saying and that I only spoke French. I then asked again if she would give me a new key, but she replied very curtly, "No." I was forced to wait and call my husband so he could contact her. After the wait, she finally gave me the key but offered no apology whatsoever. I have really loved this hotel and the staff—my husband and I have been staying here for over three months, and I was actually the one who insisted we not switch hotels because the staff are so good. However, because of this woman and her lack of courtesy, I will not continue staying here; I dislike the idea of ​​working all day only to return and find someone preventing me from entering my room.

This hotel offered a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The facility appeared well cared for, and both the guest rooms and common areas were clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and convenient location. Everything was handled professionally, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay.
