I was traveling with my Sister and we stopped at this place, very friendly staff, informative about the area , the rooms very clean , beds comfortable. It's a great place to stay.
Stayed one night and unfortunately had a really bad experience. The sheets were clearly not clean—there were stains and short black hairs on them (no one in our family has that kind of hair). I didn’t notice until the morning when I pulled the sheets all the way back, unfortunately! When I told the front desk, the employee didn’t apologize and instead said it “wasn’t possible,” basically implying it was us. That was frustrating and unprofessional. We only stayed here because family had already booked here, we won’t be back.
Rooms seem nice but don’t stay so I’m not sure if the bed is comfortable. We arrived late (10:45) after driving all day to learn the front desk closes after a certain time. We got our key from the lock box and when we got to the room, it was the wrong room. We made the reservation and paid for a king, but the room had two queens. There was no way to get a different room since nobody was there.
Great hotel 😁 made my vacation so much better
