They are amazing!

Arrived at 3:03 PM for a 3:00 PM check-in after a 14-hour drive, and our room was still being cleaned. Staff member Christina was rude, told us we “should’ve stayed in the car,” and even threatened to cancel our reservation when we questioned the delay. Room wasn’t even clean when we got in, black sludge coming from the faucet, and multiple things didn’t work (lamp, outlets, bathroom light, TV remote). We ended up cleaning parts of the room ourselves. Unprofessional staff and unacceptable conditions. Do not recommend.

My family and I arrived at the hotel at 3:03 PM for our 3:00 PM check-in, after driving 14 hours straight. When we got to our room, there were still three people actively cleaning it. We were told the previous guest had been allowed to stay until 2 PM, which already put us behind, but it was still frustrating considering we arrived after check-in time and just wanted to rest before our plans later that day. Trying to help speed things up, my mom started sweeping, and one of the staff members, Christina, immediately got upset and told her to stop and that we “should’ve just waited in the car.” That was very off-putting, especially since we were there at the time we paid to check in. Instead of going back downstairs (we were on the third floor and already brought all of our luggage up), we waited outside the room. The other two staff members were kind and apologetic, which we appreciated. At 3:38 PM, when they finished, we asked if we could go in. Christina rudely responded, “No, you just saw us mop the floor.” The attitude was completely unnecessary. When I pointed that out and explained we just wanted to get into the room we paid for and rest, she responded again with attitude and even said she could cancel our reservation. The lack of professionalism and basic respect was honestly shocking. Unfortunately, it didn’t get better once we got inside. The room was still very dirty, and several things didn’t work. There was black sludge coming from the faucet (pictures attached), which we only realized after brushing our teeth and washing our faces. We had to request cleaning supplies and clean the sink, tub, and counters ourselves. On top of that, multiple things were broken: the bedside lamp, outlets, bathroom light, and even the TV remote. We chose not to report everything because, after our initial interaction, we were genuinely concerned about being treated poorly again or even having our reservation canceled instead of the issues being fixed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the condition of the room and the way we were treated, I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The kitchen was awesome with a large counter space. Walking distance to Publix, Target and other local stores. Not far from the interstate.

very nice. Helped a couple UWF college kids out in a pickle. wIll stay there everytime we are in Pensacola....

The hotel was clean and rooms are spacious. However the receptionist Kristy lacks hospitality manners, knows how to make you feel unwelcome and her resolution is :You can complain where you booked from (she was informed the booking was done by Agoda). Also apparently she is running the building and there is no one to talk to other than her. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Beautiful hotel in a good location. There are many places within walking distance. The hotel rooms are spacious for a small family.

This place is kind of in a sweet spot. It's really cheap but it's not a skeezy hotel. Highly recommended.

A good place to stay, I would say better than the chain hotels. The layout was nice as there's a center lawn where you can sit, relax, read or even make a bbq as they have a grill for guests. The rooms are nice amd big with a couch, 2 TV's, a kitchen, diah washer, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils, plates&bowls. There is no dish washing liquid and sponge to clean the dishes other than to shove it in the dish washer. Although the rooms are nice, the walls and floors are thin and you will hear the next room. This is also a pet friendly hotel, so keep that in mind when booking. The shower is hot and powerful and the size is big. To wrap up, I do like this place as I dont mind the noise that much as long as its not late. Normally it's quiet by 9PM, so no worries.

I left a review before but wanted to explain a little bit more about what made my experience here great!! I have stayed at this place and the customer service is great and Allison does a wonderful job and always very respectful!!!! Thank yall

This place is above and beyond .. my family and I stayed here for about 2 months while waiting for our apt to become available. The staff is absolutely amazing . The rooms are are great . And the location is awesome. Near both food and shopping .
