Release Float Retreat

I love this place. Super friendly people, very modern, high quality, and clean . The relaxation I have after a float is next level. Better relaxation than when I go get a professional massage. However the sweet owner has you sit in their massage chair (with red light therapy) before you float. This is an added bonus that was not included with previous ownership, which I very much enjoyed and appreciated this time! They also have sauna and cold plunge along with other relaxation services I am excited to try.

Floating was so dang relaxing! Book your visit now! The woman working the counter was so kind! We were given a tour of the facility and a full introduction into floating. We got a free 15 minute session in the massage chair. It was unbelievable. The compression mixed with the massage felt so great. The actual float put me in the most deep relaxation I’ve ever had. I felt like I was sleeping while fully awake. I will for sure be a return customer.

These women are two of the nicest people I’ve ever experienced. The float was amazing. My float room was beautiful. The reflexology was beyond a pedicure could ever. Highly, highly recommend. They have cute trinkets as well. I got crocheted stuffies. Please enjoy 😊

Wow! What a wonderful experience to share with my husband. Release float spa experience is one I’ve never had with any kind of self pampering. I lost my teenage daughter 7 months ago and haven’t been able to relax enough to sleep deeply at night. I went to this amazing spa right before Christmas with my husband and it helped me relax and sleep so well that I woke up the next morning on Christmas Eve morning to the most wonderful dream of my daughter and I felt sort of on a high for at least a week. I felt like my spirit joined with my daughter in my dream and it was as if I had her back in my arms. This happened the very night after my float at release float spa in post falls and the owner Dawn is so focused on making sure your taken care of and comfortable. The space is spotless & calm—everything from check-in, massage chair/red light therapy to start, to the float room that felt welcoming. The staff explained the process clearly, which helped us relax right away. The float itself was incredible—quiet, weightless, and deeply restorative. I left feeling refreshed.
