We recently had to travel from the DMV area to Raleigh, North Carolina, for a funeral, and by the time we arrived at the Aloft Hotel, it had been a very long and emotional day. From the moment we checked in, Mada truly made all the difference. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and welcomed us with such warmth and care that we immediately felt at home. During a time when our family was carrying so much grief, her compassion and genuine concern meant more than she could possibly know. Mada’s customer service was exceptional, but more than that, her kindness stood out. She has a gift for making people feel seen and cared for. I sincerely hope everyone who stays at the Aloft Hotel has the opportunity to experience her hospitality, professionalism, and expertise. Thank you, Mada, for making a difficult trip a little easier. Great location. A couple issues with room and took a little longer to get addressed. Claimed shift change but that should be done quicker and not hours to wait. Place was nice, good location and vibe.

We stayed here because of a state test being held at the school, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We had a corner roomer overlooking the intersection and park on the campus side of the building and the view and windows were awesome. We brought our furry friend with us and she had a blast and was welcomed by all the staff and guests. The restaurant downstairs, Lobera, was delicious and we were able to pick it up at the front counter and bring it up to our room. Next time we are in Raleigh we will certainly consider staying here again should our business be close by, and we will for sure be asking for a corner room if possible!

Sleep quality was poor. The beds weren’t comfortable, and the AC blows directly onto the bed.
