Great Service. Had the hotel booked a private event for graduation party. Everything was up to par and worth every dollar. The staff was very helpful with any request, the food was amazing, and the decorations was beautiful.

Thomas and his team at Staybridge Suites went above and beyond to support our event, which convened more than 70 people from community organizations, neighborhood associations, and universities in the Greater Rochester region. They created signage, were onsite to troubleshoot tech, and overall made us feel welcome and supported. Any logistics issues with tech or room functionality were no fault of their own and they did everything in their power to resolve it smoothly. We loved hosting this event Staybridge Suites!

Jesus and the rest of the staff here are phenomenal. Incredibly warm and welcoming. The mon-wed happy hour socials are a great touch. Wonderful gym facilities and free laundry, give this space all the comforts of home on the road. Right along the river with easy access to local amenities. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Easy location with good parking, outdoor firepit is riverside, nice walking / biking trail abuts the patios. Very welcoming spaces for both those who seek chatty gathering and quiet nooks for those who prefer a moment of solitude. All of the property is nicely maintained. Guest Laundry has both large capacity and smaller capacity machines, also well maintained. I've been coming here for years. Won't stay elsewhere.

Their breakfast is exceptionally better than any of the breakfasts at other hotels.

Special mention to the outstanding standing staff here! Brenda in hospitality service was truly just that, her morning smile and greeting brightened even the gloomiest of mornings as she hurriedly prepared and presented breakfast each morning. It was very evident she gave 100% each day. Wonderful asset to your establishment. And special thanks goes to Lanell who graces the front desk always ready to assist and accommodate with her warm smile, reception, and professionalism. Thank you both for making my stay so much more enjoyable.

My room was clean with a nice view, breakfast was good but the care of the front desk staff is what stood out to me! We were there for the proximity of the hospital and they were incredibly kind to my family! Brandy and Thomas were very helpful and made an otherwise stressful trip for my daughter so much easier. Can't Recommend Enough!!

We stayed at the Staybridge while my daughter was having surgery and the front desk and staff were super friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to Brandy for going abovw and beyond to make us comfortable. I definitely recommend booking direct with them instead of through a third party. Top tier service.

Our company had a retreat at this hotel in their event space. The staff were warm and welcoming. They were all so helpful and very friendly. The food was great! Five stars all around!

This is my first time in Rochester and Lanell was so nice to send us the hotel shuttle and gave us clear directions how to get to it. She was so accommodating as well when we got to the hotel and welcoming. Ruby was our driver and we felt right at home and very welcome. They both are super friendly and genuinely caring and helpful. Thank you so much for all your help, smiles and kindness! Much appreciated!! Put me at ease right away!
