WoodSpring Suites Rogers Bentonville

No kitchenware provided, only one towel and one washer per guest, no hand towels. Room service only every 2 weeks. Coffee in the lobby for only 4 hours a day. They make you take out your own trash and you can only get a new towel when the front desk is “open”. The only thing this place has going for it is Walmart right behind it. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

I arrived at my accommodation and the reception staff were discriminating against a delivery person who very kindly left, and they were treating him very badly.

Really nice place with friendly service and LOTS of retail and food options nearby, including Walmart and Dollar tree within walking distance PLUS a gym right across the parking lot 👏 we have a great view of the sunset from our room 😍

A/C was cold, room was clean.

Had a great stay and the staff are top notch! Walls and ceilings are a little thin but to be expected these days.

We got in town around 3pm, went and saw family. Got to the hotel after 4pm. Husband walks in to get checked in and there is a sign that the front desk left at 4pm. Tell me something, how are people to get checked in after 4pm if Noone is at the desk. You have folks that drive all day and get in late(meaning after 4pm) and just want to eat,shower and sleep. But they can't do that be used there is Noone at the front desk to fulfill the reservation.
