Avatar Hotel Santa Clara, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I stayed at this hotel for a week business. One night I was awakened at 3:45 by a very loud pump machine that was turned on when the restaurant's grease truck arrived to collect it. It lasted for almost an hour and ruined my night of sleep. I told the desk clerk, the manager, and corporate about this issue. Unbelievably, none of them cared or offered to do anything about it. This is not a "Hilton" hotel! There are plenty of better places and I would recommend avoiding this location.

Came in on a Saturday for the 49ers home opener game and was greeted by the lovely lady with the tattoos on duty, Angela. She was funny and personable from start to finish. Great food on site, the room worked as we were only here to sleep. The parking was affordable but definitely sketch. Overall great stay within walking distance to Levi!

Pros: The guy at the front desk was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was clean and seemed new. Our first night we were there we went down to the pool area, and there was a gas fire pit with chairs around it, and it was very nice to sit back and relax. The location was great, too, since we were there to go to a 49ers game. The stadium is definitely in walking distance. Also, they have Goldie's Diner in the lobby. We ate breakfast there (not included) both mornings, and it was very good. My wife said a few times it was her favorite food of the trip. Cons: No hot tub (there is a pool though)

Hilton shouldn't put their badge on this hotel. While the rooms were done in a thoughtful manner, it reminds me of a roadside motel with bad insulation of windows and doors and the air conditioning being noiser than a truck passing by. If you want a good night sleep, choose a other hotel. This place is noisy as hell and doesn't make for a good night sleep

Location is not great. Not very walkable. Amenities are also mediocre. E.g. no lobby coffee and hotel points you at Starbucks. Weight room was decent.

Not a typical business hotel, more like a motel, with an outdoor pool, located in the heart of Silicon Valley.

My wife stayed at Avatar Hotel with our son, and we are extremely disturbed by what happened. According to my wife, the manager, Marisol, allowed several employees to confront and surround her. While she was holding our young son, a male employee used his chest/body to push against her and tried to force her outside. Instead of management properly de-escalating the situation and protecting my wife and child, the situation was allowed to escalate. After my wife reported what happened to Charles by email, they were kicked out of the hotel. We do not feel safe or welcome at this hotel. We were especially concerned by how my wife and our child were treated, and we felt that race may have played a role in the way they were treated. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Avatar Hotel to Black families.

So me and my family try to get 2 rooms it was 12 and we arrived and try to enter our room put the personel told us that we cannot enter untill 3pm and my little brother started crying and we went to onother hotel put they need to fix that because were paying for 2 rooms so fix this please

I stayed there for almost a month during a business trip, and overall it was comfortable and clean. The nearby pancake stall was really tempting for breakfast. For me, the location was absolutely perfect.

Welcome to property was horrible. Room fine. check out better.
