Hotel Boutique en Spokane

Mathew was fantastic we had a great day and I love this hotel now that it's turned into the boutique I will stay here again

Great rooms for the price, good breakfast, helpful and courteous staff. Malana and Debbie are the best. Try this place.

I just want to say the staff here is very accommodating they are always on top of things especially Malana, Debbie, and Toko .... These three are fast and are easy at check-ins breakfast is always on time and they have wonderful customer service although the location may not be the best these three make up for it

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional staff at the front desk. Thoko, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and helped us book our reservations with ease. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. Nadia was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Both ladies provided outstanding customer service and made us feel valued as guests. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you, Thoko and Nadia, for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning!

Great affordable hotel in Spokane. The front desk team was incredible, especially Desirae and Thoko, the lady working FD the evening of the 8th was also great! Rooms were spacious, king bed very comfy, shower was warm and good pressure. Overall a great hotel for somebody passing through the city on a budget. Breakfast is good and was included too, there is also a washer and dryer for guests to use.

What a find!! Mom and I booked last minute and were so impressed when we arrived. Private (free) dedicated parking lot was our first nice surprise and then Desiree at the front desk was so kind and welcoming when we checked in. She was super helpful and really was great to chat with. Mom doesn't do stairs well so the elevator was really helpful. The room is very well appointed and we love the balcony. Lots of space in our room and the bath products are wonderful! Absolutely recommend this place - it's awesome!!!

This hotel is not pet friendly, they only allow service dogs in accordance with state law. That field needs to be "unchecked" so people looking for pet friendly hotels do not make reservations here.

I had a great experience here. I was here sunday to friday & the rooms were clean, staff was nice & helpful. It has a nice balcony. They gave us a discount because my mother was getting surgery at the hospital. Hospital is 2 minutes up the road. 10/10

We enjoy and appreciate the staff here especially this time when Matt helped with every detail with Joe's accomodations now that he's in a wheelchair...always helpful with a pleasant attitude... Thank you Matt
