Hampton Inn Springfield

Dirty nasty rooms. Sticky floor. Empty shampoo dispenser to start with. Ask to be refilled and was told can't be done until the morning. Lousy pillows. Really dirty carpet. Just felt gross.

This is my second time staying at the hotel at 101 W Leffel Ln, Springfield, OH and it was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great stay everything was perfect! Easy check in my room was fresh thank you housekeeping and the breakfast was delicious!

I am awarding this hotel a five-star rating due to the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. The individuals I interacted with were exceptionally courteous and professional. However, I must caution potential guests about a significant error I made during the booking process. Upon researching the hotel’s contact information and making a reservation on the same day as our stay, I inadvertently contacted a third-party provider. This third-party misrepresented itself, leading to an unfortunate interaction that resulted in substantial charges exceeding $200. Upon speaking with the hotel staff on-site, they informed me that I had made a reservation through a third-party and that they were unable to assist me with the issue. It is important to note that the reservation I made via phone did not explicitly state that it was made through a third-party. I inquired if I was speaking with the hotel in Springfield, Ohio, but the staff did not disclose their third-party affiliation. After completing the reservation, the hotel sent me a confirmation, but we were disconnected before I had the opportunity to review it. It was only after this disconnect that I discovered the error. The quoted price was significantly higher than the actual charge. In conclusion, I recommend that potential guests exercise caution when booking accommodations. It is crucial to ensure that the booking is made directly with the hotel rather than through a third-party provider. Despite the unfortunate incident, I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the hotel staff. I had the opportunity to speak with the general manager after our stay, and she was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. In summary, while the hotel itself is exceptional, it is essential to avoid booking through third-party providers to prevent similar situations from occurring.

Good place to spend the night but it's gotten pricey over the past few years

Great hotel! Staff was really friendly.Rooms were immaculate, clean, smells good. Breakfast was on point, The bagel toppers, amazing! Over all I would stay at this hotel at least 5 days of the week !
