Randolph House Hotel a Trademark Collection by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse

Shouldnt have to wait for over a hour for a shuttle to return back to the hotel to get vehicle from the airport that’s 5 miles away.. Vans felt like they were going to fall apart once they finally got to airport... called and confirmed multiple times before and during vacation about pickup.. Beds are also like concrete will never do the stay and park at this location again do not stay here!!

We had a wonderful stay. Bonus there is a Tesla supercharger outside.

Arrived at 11:30 pm. Fire alarm needed a new battery. After trying to fix it for half an hour the guy took it. Second night here and he never brought it back. Key didn't work when I returned the next day. Took 3 trips to the front desk to resolve. Water out of tap is brown. And they charged me $4 a bottle of water, when their sign said $3. I will not be staying here again.

They catfished us 🤣😭 The lobby was gorgeous! Cold lemon water, also a bar. Beautiful!! The young man at the desk was absolutely lovely. Even the front desk was set up beautifully. I was so excited to see our rooms... Dingy. Gross. The roof in the bathroom looked like someone used paint peel on top of fresh paint over and over. The vent even looks disgusting due to not being properly cleaned. Even the shower curtain looked gross, even the walls!! Didn't even have a darn fridge! Can you believe that?! Blankets on the beds were incredibly thin, freezing half the night no matter what temp it was with the air conditioner. If you're an introvert (like my boyfriend lol) you're absolutely going to have to ask for things!! We had to ask for; - a microwave? - utensils (literally had none) - where the ice machine is So it's ideal to not come here. If you're specifically even just coming here for a shower - the showers look dingy and gross. The bathroom floors are only half cleaned, but so stained if you see any other things that may resemble dirt / grime it could be just a stain!! Strategic stains here! First experience with that. They're cheap rooms, so you kinda get what you paid for, really. If you only need a room for sleep and bed bug free, go for it.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Literally, I don’t know how this place is even running or who bought it any kind of positive reviews. It’s filthy. First room was dirty, see pictures I went down and asked for a new room hoping it was a one off. The front desk was very apologetic, felt bad gave us a new room he promised was clean. Sheets seems okay, still wasn’t “Clean” crumbs on the floor, hair in the towels but I figured as long as the bed was okay it was a one night stop after a show…I dropped my phone it landed half way under the bed when I noticed the grave yard of BUGS! I literally cockroach chilling under the bed!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting, RUN! Do not book here! If they have this big of visibile bugs imagine the small ones infested throughout this place. Absolutely crazy

It was close to where we were trying to go for our visit, but there is nothing good about this place and the manager made a terrible decision on our behalf. First, it's trashy. The baseboards have been removed, and wallpaper is hanging lose on the walls. The trash overflows at the front entrance and cigarette butts are lying around. Garbage is always out in the hallways since they don't have room service. The lawn hasn't been kept up. Our first room -- the bed skirt and chair had stains that I didn't want to know what they were. Portable a/c because the air doesn't work (true for the whole hotel). Insufficient power outlets (had to use one of the ones by the bed for portable A/C). Light shades cracked/torn/stained. Lighting dingy and awful. Hot water -- you have to let it heat up for over 30 minutes in the sink before trying for a shower or you'll end up with tepid water at best. Closet -- bring your own hangers -- one room had 2, the other had NONE. Now for the even larger catastrophe and personal violation. While we were gone during the day - apparently our first room had a power outage -- the manager decided that it would be bad for us to come back to a hot room -- so she (and someone else), took photos of all our belongings and how they were placed in the room (we had unpacked and used the drawers, closet, shelving space). They touched ALL our personal belongings and moved them to another room -- we were told (1) they tried to call -- BUT there was no record of that on the phone and (2) that they were trying to give us one night's refund -- but couldn't because my husband booked with 3rd party (Travelocity). Here is how this unfolded: when we returned, we used our room key and found the latch was thrown at the top of the door -- since everything there is in such a state of disrepair we figured something must have happened when we closed the door -- I used my room key to push the latch out of the way and enter the room (broke into my own room basically). There was an adjoining room with someone in it -- the door between the rooms was OPEN -- and we stood face to face with a room full of women dressed in sparkling gowns who were there for an event (and also unhappy with something that the hotel had done for them). We scared them, they panicked us -- we then realized all our things were gone... chaos ensured. WRONG DECISIONS for any manager -- the right decision would have been - DON'T rent the room next door, open the door to keep our room from getting so hot (because yes the power was out in our room), turn off the locks so we have to come to the front desk and work with us to bring lighting and LET US MOVE OUR OWN UNDERWEAR AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!! Oh, but it gets BETTER... As we get to our new room, sure most everything matched the photos for placement of belongings. Except my nightwear -- a shirt and underwear -- the underwear -- GONE!! So, I thought - maybe they are in the old room. They keys were still working, so I went down there -- no, I didn't find my underwear -- and the room was pitch black -- but NOW, I've got access to the room all those women have rented -- isn't THAT cool? No, I didn't go into that room, but I'm an ethical and respectful human. The new room - better light shades/power -- still a portable unit, still a hot water issue -- worse mattress, something gross under the chair cushion (my husband used that to prop up the mattress where it was caving in)... And the lock on the door, even worse -- we kept a chair/suitcase in front of it. I felt violated and unsafe here and I agree with the other review I saw that wouldn't recommend it to homeless people. By the way -- the place ALWAYS smelled like weed. I'm asthmatic -- they needed our credit card in case WE smoked, but I was exposed to that nonsense every time I walked into the hall (along with all the other filth and disgust). Wyndam should hang their heads in SHAME!!! (Yes, I'll be putting this review EVERYWHERE. No one should go through what we went through).

Just finished a stay for a business trip. Staff were very helpful and kind. Very accommodating when I had to change plans. Room was very clean, bathroom spotless. Housekeeping was diligent. Bed was very comfortable. You can't beat the price for all. 4 stars overall because its a bit dated but they are updating. Great option and will return.

Staff were very nice. The hotel has a lot of wear and tear. Other guests were loud on Saturday night. Our room had trash under the bed skirts of both beds. Except for the trash, fine for the price.

Was easy to find and the staff was amazing and the room was good breakfast was good.
