Came for a family reunion and the staff was a big help with setting up and helping with organizing. Very good.
The hotel is very new and has the potential to be excellent if the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms properly. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find mold in the bathroom, carpeting that had clearly not been vacuumed and was covered with hair, a wall splattered with coffee, and hair on both the table and the chairs. Honestly, it looked as if a family of shedding dogs had been staying in the room rather than guests. The bed linens were clean, but that alone is not enough. As an added disappointment, when I asked the front desk for two extra towels, I was questioned about why I needed them since there were already towels in the room. Some employees simply do not seem to understand what customer service is or what they are being paid to do. With proper housekeeping and better customer service, this hotel could be a much better experience.
Let’s start with the positives. The service was exceptional and friendly. And the location was great next to a sprout farmer grocery store which we stopped by every night for some organic fruits. We had to switch rooms cuz there was a small issue with our original one. No need to go into details. The gym was decent. The breakfast was also ok. Waffle was good but the eggs were too watery for me. I also was disappointed that coffee and hot tea were not offered throughout the day like some other hotels. Overall the stay was above average.
Highly recommend this hotel! The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything about our stay was excellent—from the comfortable room and friendly staff to the overall atmosphere. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!
