Seculo Hotel

We stayed in room 501. Realy good , big with terrace , I was so happy when I sow room because I thought that it will be so small room (classic in Europe) . Stuff was so kindly. Only 20 minutes by walk to the center. For example to chapel of soul only 20-25 minutes. But one big minus , the terrace is not closed in the room and I found it out in my second day. Hotel management should check this problem and fix.

I stayed in the other rooms and not the main hotel. It was okay. There's a mini fridge in the rooms and a bag storage. There's no elevator access for the Seculo soft wing. Everything is bearable for the value. It's as advertised. Because I'm not a Portuguese speaker, the 5 star experience for me was with the staff. They're very accommodating, absolutely lovely and are well informed on Porto. I would stay again, but perhaps I will try the hotel next time.

Great clean and quiet hotel with an amazing location to everything downtown Porto.

Great hotel, best mattresses, better than in any luxury hotel. Only the internet is too slow to watch YouTube or Netflix.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is nice and serviceable and the hotel is a mere 15-20 minutes away from Porto Centre on foot or by bus. Rooms gets cleaned/serviced every day. The "soundproofing" on the booking website is a bit optimistic though, if there are hotel guests in the room above yours, make sure to bring good earplugs if you're a light sleeper. That also goes for the noise housekeeping will make in the morning around 8.30am.
