Very nice hotel, good breakfast. Lovely warm staff that went above and beyond for my father, myself and my son. Stylish, well- laid out. The food court is also impressive. WRT location, I’m not very knowledgeable about Porto’s geography but it seems solid overall.

We didn't like the bathroom being separate from the bedroom; while we were resting, a staff member came into the room to bring us custard tarts. We were given incorrect information.

A hotel that deserves its 4 stars. The location is excellent; the "Casa da Música" metro station is a 5-minute walk away, and buses stop right behind the hotel. Just down the street, you'll reach the Tram Museum, which is also near the Douro River. The hotel itself is small, with very good soundproofing, but the rooms and theme invite you to relax, lose track of time, and enjoy playing the piano. The rooms are clean and equipped with a coffee maker, minibar, toiletries, and linens for a peaceful stay. They are well-lit and very quiet, a benefit of being located inside the "Mercado Bon Suceso." You can't hear anything from outside; if you open the window, simply relax to the sound of the piano. The staff is very friendly, attentive to every detail, and answers any questions you may have. They are a great team. The breakfast was beautifully presented and organized. They have conveniently packaged breakfast boxes, offering just the right amount of variety. They were constantly replenishing the food and cleaning. We returned in June, and everything was the same. The room, this time facing the street, was completely silent. You wouldn't even notice the rain until you opened the curtains, and you couldn't hear any outside noise either; it was very well soundproofed. You also couldn't hear the market. The staff continues to be spectacular, a 10 out of 10. They were always attentive, communicating with you and offering assistance. As for the location, it's also a 10 out of 10, especially when the Pink Line opens. In just 5 minutes, you'll be in the heart of Porto. Everything is less than 5 minutes away: Metro, bus, and Metrobús.
