I stayed there twice, everything was beautiful: the rooms, the atmosphere, the restaurant. But honestly, I didn't like the reception staff's attitude; I didn't like their behavior or how they treated me. Apart from a nice memory I have of a driver there because they offer a free airport transfer service. I liked his service and I thank him because he took me at the last minute. Thank you very much.
Lack of professionalism.
I stayed at this hotel for a week, everything was perfect: the food, the pool, the rooms, and the very friendly staff. Thank you, and I recommend you come here; you won't be disappointed. Thanks again.
The stay was great; the staff were always smiling. I hope the hotel can renovate the gym and Turkish bath in the future; that would make it even more perfect 👌
Very good experience. The bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. The bathroom could use a little updating, but everything was clean.
The hotel was pleasant and the staff were very attentive. The room was clean. The only slight drawback was the wait for the elevator during peak hours.
