It was good

Very good hotel, clean rooms and pleasant service. The food is excellent and the hotel also has a great pool and deck for sunbathing. The gym and spa are also very interesting!

It's definitely a luxurious hotel. But you need a strong heart condition.

The hotel presents a refined, minimalistic aesthetic and offers an excellent selection of buffet‑style dishes. Breakfast is arranged through a pre‑order system, providing both continental and English options, as well as a dedicated section for special requests. The room was notably spacious, featuring ample storage with generous drawer and wardrobe capacity, ideal for an extended stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The bathroom facilities were modern and well maintained. Although compact, the layout was efficient and included a walk‑in shower cubicle. Overall, this hotel provides an outstanding experience. I would confidently recommend it to others and look forward to the opportunity to return in the future.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it’s always a bad experience. Starting with the check-in, which is extremely slow. There were times I’ve waited nearly 30 minutes before I could get my room key card. The rooms are okay, although many of them smell like mold and tobacco. Breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner cost way too much for what they’re offered. Don’t expect anything special from the main meals. There always seems to be an issue with the card machine. If you try to pay by Visa, they’ll inform you the machine is for MasterCard and vice versa, and if you have both cards, they might say the network is not working properly and try to push you to pay by cash. This happens especially if you order room service and ask them to bring the card machine to pay by card. The hotel has Wi-Fi connection, but often times it requires reconnection with your login username and password. This could be a problem if you rely on internet connection because it might take some time before you realize your device is disconnected from the Wi-Fi. If you have any type of issue/concern and wish to be assisted by someone in charge, don’t expect to be helped by any supervisor. You’ll have to deal with the staff at the reception. Looks like there is no supervisor available to assist the guests. The hotel is well located and has good structure, but the service provided is very poor and the experience in general is not good. Not recommended at all.

That would be great if you could provide toilet faucet showers. Not everybody is comfortable with toilet paper! Overall it was a pleasant stay, courteous staff, excellent ambience, good food.
