על המקום הזה מלון Lux Inn

Lux Inn Hotel is a small mainstream city hotel on Avenue Katanga, close to Boulevard du 30 Juin, the main artery through central Kinshasa. It is listed as gay-friendly, but it is an ordinary business hotel, not an LGBTQ venue, and nothing in the data points to a specific LGBTQ angle. It has only around 20 Google reviews, averaging 4.1, so independent detail is thin; check the hotel's own website for current rooms and rates. In Kinshasa, LGBTQ visitors are generally advised to stay discreet in public, and arranging airport transfers in advance is sensible.

I really enjoyed the place; it was minimalist and very peaceful, perfect for working or relaxing. I also went up to the rooftop on the 6th floor and had a lovely evening with a delicious cocktail served at my table.

I'm very disappointed with my stay: the breakfast was subpar, the napkins were worn, the Wi-Fi didn't work, nor did the fridge despite our complaints and requests, and they served us spoiled meat twice. Extremely disappointing. And we asked to see the manager, but nothing happened. Ugh... The service really doesn't justify the price at all.
