I had a wonderful time at the Novotel Kinshasa La Gombe. The hotel offers a beautiful setting and the service is truly outstanding. A special thank you to Julia, one of the waitresses, for her exceptional welcome, professionalism, and kindness. Her attention to detail and her smile made my experience even more enjoyable.

Thank you for your services, especially Mrs. Julia from room service for her welcome and kindness!

Lys served me at the Novotel. This girl is excellent and exceptional: smiling, kind, welcoming, she anticipates the customer's needs before I even say what they are; she's already made suggestions. Bravo!

The service is very good, I loved the reception and everything, the food, the leisure area is very beautiful, I highly recommend it 🥰🥰

A very nice hotel. The service from Bellevie and Eunice was impeccable. The buffet was varied and very good.

I had the opportunity to be served by Voldie, a good saleswoman who encouraged us to spend money at the hotel. Quality service.

A very nice hotel, modern and functional. The food is excellent and the rooftop bar is very relaxing. (And thank you to Regina for the warm Kinshasa welcome!)

Thank you so much, Christopher Okito, for your availability and the solutions you offered to meet my needs. It's an experience I'd like to repeat to make sure Novotel remembers us! See you!

Regina is the best.

Overall, the hotel offers quality services. Its beautiful location, warm welcome, comfortable facilities, and dining options are very satisfactory. The staff were friendly, respectful, and courteous (Ms. Eunice, Mavie, Merveille, and Olivia). The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the services provided met our expectations. A few minor improvements could be considered, particularly regarding the speed of the check-in process.

I stopped by the Novotel, more specifically the Nomad restaurant. A big thank you to the whole team, and a special shout-out to John for the warm welcome and excellent service.

I love it staying at Novotel. The team are excellent and hospitable like Eunice and Asiya they are excellent and friendly.
