I simply intended to enjoy a drink at the Coco Bar in the Novotel, but I ended up having a much more pleasant experience thanks to Okito. His warm welcome, exemplary professionalism, and attention to detail deserve to be highlighted. But what struck me most was his personality: a genuine smile, a touch of class, and a natural way of putting customers at ease. In a world where good service is becoming rare, Okito reminds us that excellence is also found in the little things. He brings real added value to the Coco Bar experience.
