I had a wonderful time at the Novotel Kinshasa La Gombe. The hotel offers a beautiful setting and the service is truly outstanding. A special thank you to Julia, one of the waitresses, for her exceptional welcome, professionalism, and kindness. Her attention to detail and her smile made my experience even more enjoyable.

Regina is the best.

Overall, the hotel offers quality services. Its beautiful location, warm welcome, comfortable facilities, and dining options are very satisfactory. The staff were friendly, respectful, and courteous (Ms. Eunice, Mavie, Merveille, and Olivia). The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the services provided met our expectations. A few minor improvements could be considered, particularly regarding the speed of the check-in process.

I stopped by the Novotel, more specifically the Nomad restaurant. A big thank you to the whole team, and a special shout-out to John for the warm welcome and excellent service.

I love it staying at Novotel. The team are excellent and hospitable like Eunice and Asiya they are excellent and friendly.
