The worst experience of my life. Cockroaches and bugs in and under the bed. Everything was dusty and the bathroom was filthy. The towels were dirty and the windows wouldn't close. This hotel should be shut down. A terrible experience.

This is a great hotel for the price! I repeat, for the price! People write reviews and give low stars as if they're renting a hotel for a 4th or 5th visit! My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi works everywhere in the hotel and in my room!

Ixsa Ixsa is a very disgusting place. You came to it out of no choice in the middle of the night. It's a place to lay your head just to sleep.

No Wi-Fi in the rooms, and hygiene in the bathrooms is seriously lacking. The sheets weren't changed, and we found yellow stains, hair, and pet fur on them. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. And there's a lot of misleading advertising! This hotel clearly doesn't deserve its 4 stars, maybe 2 at best! Avoid at all costs!

The double room for two people has only one power outlet, which is not practical for charging phones. In addition, no slippers are provided, making it inconvenient to use the bathroom or step out briefly.

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel room was really bad, the bathroom was terrible, and the location was not safe. Someone simply had to accompany me to the shop because it was an unsafe neighborhood. The breakfast was also hideous; after a short night, we left immediately to have breakfast somewhere else.

The worst experience of my life! The toilets are filthy, and the bathroom is even worse—the smell of the towels is horrendous. There's absolutely no respect; we're not animals.
