The location of this property is excellent, situated in a very nice, peaceful, and safe neighbourhood. It is incredibly convenient for getting around, being just a quick 5-minute Uber ride away from Sandton. The guest rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully laid out, featuring comfortable bedding and bright, contemporary decor. The bathroom was spotless, with a fantastic, spacious glass walk-in shower that provided great water pressure. I also really appreciated the small work desk setup next to the TV—perfect for catching up on a few tasks. As a loyalty member, I was incredibly touched by the thoughtful hospitality; arriving to a fresh bowl of mixed berries and a handwritten welcome note from the team was a beautiful personal gesture. The complimentary breakfast buffet is also a massive plus, offering a generous spread of fresh whole fruits like bananas and oranges, a cold selection, and a great beverage station with juices, water, and a waffle maker. The entire team does a brilliant job creating a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The breakfast omelettes are a nice touch on top of the great service by the Team! My favorite moment was having a coffee & breakfast on the front patio.

We had a large international group and all of the staff were amazing. Everyone was accommodating with any requests and went above and beyond to assist with accessibility for one of our group members.

You can count on having a hearty breakfast everyday and even if you have do an early start .staff is nice and smiling all the time .nit sure they are smiling to me or at me 😬today Vuyswa made my day today .the cat too

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was warmly welcomed by Thando, who immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. Upon my departure, Mlu escorted me out with the same warmth and professionalism, which left a lasting positive impression. What stood out most during my stay was the exceptional attitude of every staff member I encountered. From the cleaners and reception team to the breakfast crew, maintenance staff, and security team — everyone was cheerful, approachable, and genuinely helpful. That level of consistency in service is rare and truly deserves recognition. A special mention to the maintenance team for handling an issue I had with the heater quickly and professionally. I also appreciate Manager Andile for effectively resolving a billing query I had in a calm and efficient manner. The hotel delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free stay with excellent hospitality throughout. Thank you to the entire Hampton by Hilton Grayston Sandton team for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I would gladly stay again.
