Perfect location 👌 👏
The hotel is currently being renovated . The room we got was due for some fixes but overall the experience was good. Overpriced but was well located for our needs so it hit the ball out of the park on that basis.
Delayed review-I stayed at this 5* hotel for a weekend & while the service was good, the food was nice, & the spa treatment was enjoyable, my experience was marred by a significant issue with my villa. Their air conditioning was not working properly and despite reporting it and having someone check it out multiple times, the problem persisted throughout my stay from Friday to Sunday. Given the premium price I paid for the villa, I expected a higher level of comfort, & functionality especially in a 5* establishment. The cold temperature made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy my stay, which was disappointing considering the otherwise good aspects of the hotel. I hope the hotel management took note of the issue and steps to improve their maintenance and functionality of their villas.
