Absolutely awful experience. Went to Rocket Bar on Saturday the 9th of May, paid 30 dollars for entry, spent literally 30 seconds in the club before I went back outside to check on a mate and send him home before I was then refused re-entry, was NOT refunded and was verbally abused by bald, cross-eyed security guard. Please avoid at all costs

Bouncer told us LGBT and minorities aren't welcome and we can't come in so we didn't go here

Cool venue but too many people allowed in. You have to queue to go to the rooftop once you get in which takes another 20 minutes after the original queue. Although DJ was very good. He really had my shoulders moving.

I tried to get into Rocket this evening with a group of 5 of my mates. I was the designated driver and had two beers before lining up. Upon reaching the entry point, I was told that I wasn’t allowed in tonight due to being too drunk. When I tried to explain that I was sober, I was threatened and was forced to walk away. I have never had this happen to me anywhere else in Adelaide, except this club. The security guard was a bald man with a beard, although I’m sure that doesn’t narrow it down very much.

wouldn't waste time or money here. Poor service and attitude, reading the reviews before coming to this place would have saved the time.

Sexiest bartenders ever, Belinda and Elliot, amazing vibe, great music, p.s. one of the djs is lowkey a weirdo, but besides that, love it <3

Security picked and chose people to enter on no merit. Waste of money

don’t recommend horrribke security - The security (bald man) on the night of Friday 20th of March was demonstrating discrimination and was picking/choosing the people he would let in- ran by management- not a good culture

Security guards are always on a power trip. My friend had 0 drinks and was denied entry because he was too drunk apparently. Great club turned too shit

Lined up to go into Rocket on Saturday at about 2am. Line was huge. Midway through the line up they start splitting people into two lanes. Kinda felt like they’ve already made their decision on patrons who they want to enter. Felt like a cattle cart. My friend was first out of group to be ‘assessed’ and was told he couldn’t go in. It was my turn next and the bouncer looked me up and down (checking me out?) and declared I could go inside. I explained I’m not going in without my friends, bouncers became aggressive towards my friends and blocked them from the entrance after another bouncer had said we could all go in? Mixed messaging and terrible aggressive attitudes from staff. Don’t bother.
