Perfect for around the city..free bus across the street for around the city trips...and easy access to South Bank on the pedestrian bridge
Great place for our little break away from the every day. Close to everywhere that you might want to go, be it the shops, the casino, botanical gardens, a little walk across the bridge to southbank. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were yum. If I had to pick one thing that needed to be looked at, it would be that parking could be free. We will definitely return.

Amazing view and also very walkable to everywhere in brisbane 10/10 would come back
MFU with the booking. Ie tried to change our dates, were informed by zenhotels ( booking site) that is was impossible. Called the hotel who said that they'd try and do it and would inform us if it was possible. Heard nothing and even tried to call. We had to rearrange everything and rolled up at the hotel only to be told that out booking had been changed... The reception staff were very helpful unlike the zenhotel people.
The location was great but there was no heads up on the website or when we checked in that they were doing work on the hotel and when I spoke to a construction worker he said it had been going gone for 2 years the room we stayed in you could hear it as clear as if the nose was coming from inside the room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone
