על המקום הזה Point Impossible Beach
Point Impossible Beach sits on the Surf Coast near Torquay, roughly 25 kilometres southwest of central Geelong, and is the nearest clothing-optional and gay-popular beach for the Geelong region. Designated under Victoria's nudity legislation in 1983, it is one of the state's oldest legal clothing-optional beaches — a roughly one-kilometre stretch of sand backed by dunes at the mouth of Thompson Creek. The far ends away from the main access point are the quietest and are where gay and nude beachgoers tend to gather; the eastern end in particular has long been noted as the gay-popular section. As with any secluded beach beat, it is used discreetly. Australia is broadly safe and accepting for LGBTQ+ visitors, but this is an unsupervised natural area: swim with care (there are no lifeguards), respect other beachgoers and local signage, and be mindful of your surroundings. Access is via the Point Impossible car park off Blackgate Road.
