Bhutan Peaceful Residency & Spa

We were a large group from Switzerland and spent several nights at this hotel. The beds, by the way, are excellent and very comfortable. Because the hotel is located in a very quiet yet central location, we used it as our base for all our excursions and appreciated not having to stay in a different place every night. We were deeply impressed by the hotel's hospitality and the professionalism of the staff. We especially appreciated being able to use the conference room. The room is very well equipped and perfectly suited for longer meetings and seminars. Highly recommended.

Good hotel in peaceful surroundings. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Employees named Sonam, Bhopal and Sreejana were particularly warm and hospitable. Views from my room were spectacular. We even got delicious Indian food here.

A super relaxed atmosphere right in the heart of Thimphu.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Thimphu, Bhutan. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was the peaceful full-body spa, which was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating after a day of sightseeing. The spa services were excellent and professionally delivered. The food was delicious, with good quality and variety, and the service was prompt and attentive. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles and kindness, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The staff’s professionalism, courteous behavior, and willingness to assist made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thimphu and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Though the location is serene and scenic, reaching markets, shops, or the main town area can be slightly difficult due to the distance and uphill access. The hotel rooms are decent, clean, and well maintained with comfortable beds and tidy bathrooms. Amenities provided are satisfactory for a pleasant stay, making it suitable for travelers looking for peace and relaxation in Bhutan. One of the best parts of the experience is the hospitality of the staff. The team here is extremely friendly, humble, and always ready to help guests with warmth and genuine care. The hotel also serves decent Indian food for dinner, which is comforting for Indian travelers visiting Bhutan. Overall, it is a good option for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the beautiful capital city of Bhutan. Also to add - ordinary breakfast with great view too

I felt very comfortable here; the atmosphere was truly peaceful and safe. We received a very warm welcome. I slept very soundly in the comfortable beds. I occasionally heard the typical barking of dogs, but anyone sensitive to noise can simply close the window. That's no problem, as every room has air conditioning. It's a little off the beaten track, but only a little.

The stay was very peaceful with excellent food. It was a spiritual retreat for me.
