Worst hotel experience ever. The service is extremely poor. There is a service boy there who introduces himself as being from Ballia and tries to convince guests to order beer. Please do not fall into his trap. When I refused, he made a very strange and rude face. I asked him to bring water, but he never brought it. Very irresponsible behavior and no basic hospitality. Overall, this is the worst hotel. The next day, I left this hotel and stayed at another hotel near Sealdah. This is the worst hotel experience of my life. The service is absolutely terrible. There is a service boy here, he introduces himself as being from the district and forces me to order beer. Please do not fall into his trap. When I said no, he made a very strange and rude face. I asked him to bring water, but he did not bring it. No sense of responsibility or basic hospitality. Overall, this is a very bad hotel. Next day I left this hotel and moved to another hotel near Sealdah. Also, when I checked in, the bed sheet was dirty. I asked the service boy to change it, but instead of apologizing, he blamed me and said that it became dirty because I touched it. My hands were completely clean. There were visible hairs on the pillow cover, so I asked him to change that as well. He replied that the hair must have fallen from the person who put the bed sheet, which was clearly not true. It was absolutely clear that I was given a used bed sheet and pillow cover. This shows very poor hygiene standards and unacceptable behavior. Suggestions for the Hotel Owner I kindly request you to please train your staff properly and regularly. Also, please take genuine feedback from guests regarding the behavior and service of the service boys. I am not saying that you should change your staff, but proper training is very important. Please observe and understand their behavior. I paid ₹1600 for single occupancy, and if no extra services are being provided, at least basic hygiene such as clean bed sheets and pillow covers should be ensured. Rest, it is your hotel and you know best what is right for your business. I sincerely apologize for writing such a harsh review, but these issues are affecting your hotel's reputation. Your business is getting impacted because of such service problems.
