Exceptional service experience, thank you for everything 🫶🏻 My partner and I booked a suite for the weekend and upon check-in at the reception we were informed that we had to go home. The girl at the reception called the manager, not a second passed and they told us to go in peace and that we would not have to pay for the reservation. Other than that, the place is magical and we will definitely be back

A lovely place From the moment we entered we received a warm and personal welcome from the hotel staff, who were always available and helpful with any request. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. The breakfast was rich, varied and delicious - simply a pleasure to start the day with. The hotel's facilities are also maintained to a high standard - the pool, spa and gym were an experience in themselves. The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to see and do in the city, and still quiet and pleasant. Great location, the staff and service is good, they are doing their best and if you are patient you will get good service, they are few employees covering a large amount of people. The rooms are generally Okay, some say the rooms need an upgrade and that is true. however, the bed is new and clean, AC is new and works great, shower is in great condition. So I would say it's good value for money, and not neglected in anyway, the commen area and pool are well kept clean and inviting, all in all we liked our stay, I would recommend this place, spectacular sunset in the distant sea over rolling mountain views, humidity is low as it's an elevated spot which is great if you visit during the summer.
