The counter staff are friendly and can communicate in English. Luggage can be stored there, and the soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any outside noise at all during a typhoon. Highly recommended.

Fantastic five night stay. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Shared laundry and ice machine much appreciated. Great location and handy to public transport, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket.

ICI on the surface is not a flash place but it's very clean and comfortable. Without a doubt, the real gem in this place are it's staff (and the dog friendly atmosphere), happy, friendly and willing to help at all times. The location is absolutely spot on to the train station (2 minutes) and there is a genuine vibe of local culture around ICI'S surrounds. I wouldn't hesitate to return here for another stay.

Loved this hotel ! Staff were super friendly and soo very helpful with any questions we had and helped us with luggage forwarding. Rooms were clean, cleaned everyday with fresh towels and changed bins and free bottles of water on offer. Great location super close to the asakusabashi station and two 7-11s. I’d definitely stay here again

It is close to the station, there is a convenience store right nearby, and there are quite a few restaurants on the way to the accommodation, so it is worth trying some local eateries in the area. Also, the staff members are all kind, and there is one who speaks Korean well, so it is a great place! If I come back, I would love to visit again!!

I always choose to stay here when I'm in Tokyo. The front desk service is excellent, it's very close to the subway station, and the small rooms are perfect for solo travelers! There are several 7-Elevens and Lawsons nearby, which is very convenient! Highly recommend it! The staff are friendly and speaks Chinese, and the housekeeping is excellent. Thank you so much! I'm very happy with my stay.

This is the perfect location for a tokyo stay!! In the heart of a cozy neighborhood, surrounded by small local places and train lines, this places fits needs for most any tourist. Enough room for two big bags, two grown adults, and too many souvenirs to take back to the US. Not to mention everyone here is so friendly and sweet. They'll literally take care of as much as they can for you, are very knowledgeable, and with them being eco friendly, they will even give you tickets for free water bottles when they change out your towels. This place is fantastic and is one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in.

We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms were a decent size considering we were in Tokyo. The thing that they didn’t advertise was that this is a dog friendly hotel. It was just a delight to come in to the lobby every day and find people with dogs, enjoying their Cafe. That a whimsical backdrop for dog photo shoots and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was top-notch. The room was clean and well organized, and to be perfectly honest with you. I can’t make any suggestions for any rooms for improvement. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.
