La’gent Stay Sapporo Odori Hokkaido

I feel that for a 4 stars hotel, they did many things right and I feel the thoughtfulness they put into the layout of the room. For a start, the hotel is at a good location. It is 2 mins walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and about 5 mins walk to Pole Town and to the metro. Lawson is directly right next to it bringing lots of convenience. The room is rather spacious. There are power points on both sides of the bed for you to charge your phones. Not just that, they have usb-c ports on them too so you don't even need a power adapter. There is a bath tub available for your use. The only complaint is that the shampoo provided feels rather greesy and the hair feels oily after wash. And also, the aircon does not feel cold enough. Facial cleansers and such are provided at hotel reception. Toiletries are also provided at the lobby for you to self help. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Sapporo for shopping.

I used the limousine for both the round trip to Shin-Chitose Airport, and it took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Above all, the location is great. It is located just a short distance from Don Quijote and Daiso, and the department store and Parco are right nearby. I even bought and ate Yubari melons from the basement level of the department store. It was nice being able to get around comfortably. There is a natural hot spring, so I recommend this place to those who enjoy hot springs. I also went to Otaru in one go by bus, and since it is within a 30-minute walk to Sapporo Station, it was convenient to get around while sightseeing. If I come back again, I plan to book the La Gentro Hotel.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! I would definitely like to stay here again when I go to Hokkaido!

Chose this hotel for convenience as I traveled with my mom who is in her 70s, and I made the right decision - it is super conveniently located in the heart of Sapporo with great food and shopping options. A nice walk to Odori park and Sapporo station which enabled us to travel to other towns such as Asari, Otaru, and Biei. The facilities were adequate and their breakfast was fantastic - we ate so much every morning and will definitely miss it! One small suggestion is to place a kettle in the room so that guests can make coffee / tea whenever they want it as the coffee machine in the lobby doesn't operate in the morning and late afternoon.

The location is good, it's clean, and I like it even more because there is a hot spring.

I stayed at various hotels in Sapporo, but La'gent was a very good hotel.

Very good location to the shopping. Nice and clean. Shower switch at different time of day, great for people that wants to try both bath.

I chose this hotel because it was convenient for business trips, had a large public bath, and put a lot of effort into its breakfast.
