The place is terrible, the service is awful, and nobody helps. I ordered food and it took about an hour to arrive. I also ordered a mojito, but it was hot and they didn't bring it in time. We moved to a cooler table after I told them, but nobody moved the food. They only brought the manfousha and burek; they took away the rest.

Over priced, staff are not friendly, door man treating people in very disrespectful way, NOT recommended

This was my first time here, and the service was terrible. I went inside and sat down, but no one came to take my order until I got up and asked the employee if it was self-service. He said no, he was coming to take my order and sat for half an hour. I went back and ordered from him, and after exactly 45 minutes, the order still hadn't arrived, so I left the shop.

What did I like? The staff were very attentive and helpful, taking great care with our orders and needs. The food was generally quite sufficient and delicious. We ordered hamburgers, salami pizza, and buffalo wings; they all met our expectations. We also had a few beers, and the drinks were enjoyable. The very reasonable prices of drinks, especially during Happy Hour, were a big plus. We really liked that the place was outdoors in a spacious area. The quality of the atmosphere and the general customer profile were also very good, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we were satisfied and had a good time. What did I dislike? While not a major problem, we occasionally had to repeat our orders a few times before they arrived. Other than that, we didn't experience anything negative.

They have more than one targeted audiences in one place but it's fine Except it's only for couples

The service was extremely, extremely, extremely bad. You have to wait forever for someone to come and collect your order! We begged them, even changed tables, but they still didn't bring the food and drinks. We asked them twice, and they ignored us completely. A very bad experience.
