Phasouk Vien Chantra Hotel

It is located right next to a very busy road with a school next door so a lot of noise. The shower floor is slippery so be very careful.

Every time I come, I'm never disappointed. The owner is very attentive to guests. Highly recommended.

I stayed for one night last December, and I liked that the room was spacious and clean. However, the only downside was that the price was a bit high. It was also disappointing that the breakfast wasn't a buffet.

Extremely clean with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely to have a bath in the room and reliable hot water. Breakfast was simple but great to have it included in the price. Highly recommend!

I had no complaints about the room's facilities or cleanliness, and my stay was comfortable. However, I was very dissatisfied with the post-stay service. I stayed at this hotel using a cashback plan through Agoda (which was expected to provide approximately 5,000 yen in cashback), but ultimately did not receive any cashback. I contacted Agoda's customer support, but the hotel did not respond. The issue was not resolved, and no progress was made. In the end, I gave up on the cashback offer. I have stayed at approximately 50 cashback plans, but this is the first time I have not received a cashback offer. This is very disappointing and has left me distrustful. There were no major issues with the stay itself, but caution is advised when using a cashback plan. In the worst case scenario, I think it's safer to assume that no cashback will be offered and consider the hotel price without the cashback offer.

We stayed at the hotel during 20-28 July 2024. It costed 37 USD per night (without breakfast) and was a comfortable stay. Clean room. Literally next to Thai Embassy in Vientiane (it’s just one Soi away 🤣) The receptionists are welcoming. They communicate instantly on their Facebook messenger too!

Excelent service! We arrived at Phasouk Vien Chantra Hotel as we were using it as a pick up point for a transport company. Despite not having a booking with this hotel the staff were kind enough to call the transport company on our behalf and confirm the booking. It's thanks to them that we made it to Vang Vieng and we are very greatful. It's unique to find a place with such caring staff that will go out of their role to help you, if I ever go back to Vientiane I will stay here.

Everything is great! It's very close to the Victory Monument, just a short walk away. There are also two delicious burger and ice cream shops nearby, and a supermarket.
