OutLine Aotearoa

OutLine Aotearoa is a national charity supporting the mental health of rainbow New Zealanders. It runs a free phone line and online chat staffed by trained rainbow volunteers, open to people of all ages and to family members, as well as a peer-support service for trans and non-binary people. Its Auckland office is at 31 Hargreaves Street, St Marys Bay, in a building shared with the Burnett Foundation (formerly the NZ AIDS Foundation). Most people contact it by phone or online rather than in person. The current line hours and number are on outline.org.nz.
