Clean room beautiful hosts the pool was great for a quick dip and great space. Quite bbq by pool. Hosts made my child feel comfortable and treated him like he was there's. Attended to my every need 100 enjoyed it I would come back again great warm shower nice n quite and I had to add for my son he loved the fresh milk they have in the fridge we have been to a few motels even in Australia and we fully loved this visit better then some Australia motels everything was perfect thankyou Kingsgate.

Managers taking advantage of their job. Substance affected, beer bottles everywhere and friends using empty rooms. Bathroom had black mould. Rooms dirty. Do not book!

NEVER AGAIN one star is to high. Rang them 15 plus times asking for gst invoice, Still waiting.

I stayed 2 of the 3 night booked. There was mould growing on the bathroom window and sill, a tampon on the ground next to the shower and a few lights not working around the unit. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable but the spare blanket in the wardrobe had some questionable dirty marks and spots all over it. Last note, the hot water pressure was little more than a dribble.

Hotel in good position Looks very tired Room had holes in wall, missing cutlery and plates, no glasses just paper cups. Bed was comfy though

Great location close to town. This place is in need of a massive update. Everything in the room looked tired and worn out. Incomplete sets of cutlery and cups,plates, paper cups for missing glass ware. Wine doesn't taste right out of a cup. Not value for the price 😕

First impression when arriving the garden was all overgrown that's not a good start. Arrived into a filthy motel. We had 4 rooms and each room was disgusting to windows in our room we couldn't see through, dishes were dirty, lights didn't work, dusty everywhere etc. Very disappointing Motel is in a great area close to all amenities. Will not be returning.

We stayed here for 2 nights, rooms were very spacious and while basic were very comfortable and suited our needs. Staff were very friendly. We also appreciated the trampoline and swings for entertaining our child during our down time. Nice and close to the main shops.

If I could give this anything lower than a 1 star I would! We stayed here as part of a school trip for winter tournament week. Upon arrival half of our rooms were not ready, and we were lied to about a cleaner being sick. Rooms were dirty, mouldy and poorly maintained. Wifi was terrible, as you had to re-connect every day.
