Lotte Hotel Seoul

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! 5++++ Stars! 🌟 My wife and I stayed on the 25th floor at the Lotte Hotel Seoul and I wanted to write this review to explain how impressed we were with this hotel and the wonderful staff! The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and for sure to impress you upon your arrival. The location is right near several areas to shop and walk around. Our room is BEAUTIFUL! It is extremely clean and smells wonderful! The bathrooms are amazing. Showers are like a spa experience, bed is large and super comfortable. Great view of the city from our windows. The 34th floor lounge is beyond impressive! The food is delicious, with an exceptional amount of options to choose from. Proteins, vegetables, fruits, desserts, beverages. In our many world travels, staying a Gold lounges at several hotels around the world, this one now ranks at the top of our list! 😀 The staff have been absolutely wonderful. From the lobby staff member who greeted us upon our arrival, to the staff on the 15th floor who checked us in to our room and all the staff working the 34 floor lounge area. They have all been very professional, kind, approachable and genuinely friendly. We appreciate them all and we feel so welcome here! THANK YOU 😀 I highly recommend this hotel! If you're visiting Seoul and are trying to decide where to stay, this experience will not disappoint you and I can assure the staff will take the very best of care of you. Located in the heart of Myeongdong, the Lotte Hotel Seoul is a great base for exploring Seoul. Linked to its own department store and excellent food options, one could even stay within the larger property for a few days and still be satisfied. Staying at the Executive Tower brought some added benefits, such as a separate lobby and check-in area. On arrival, the team was quick to assist with luggage and the formalities were dispensed with in an efficient manner. Having booked and communicated my early arrival, the room was ready and I was able to get a quick rest in after an overnight flight. The room was well appointed and very comfortable for any stay. International power sockets were easily available at the bedsides and at the study desk, an often overlooked convenience. The minibar was well stocked and although I didn’t consume from it, the fridge was large enough to put several of my convenience store purchased drinks and snacks. Large bottles of complimentary Evian were provided each day, something that really sets the Executive Tower apart from some other high end hotels, which end to provide house-branded water. Many a traveller understands the importance of good water pressure in the bathroom and the hotel did not disappoint. However, do note that in line with local conservation efforts, disposable toiletries are not provided. The daily breakfast at Le Salon was excellent. An oasis of calm overlooking the bustling Myeongdong areas. Despite a relatively small spread, it was filled with high quality foods. From salads, cold cuts, an omelette station, fresh juices and hot dishes, each morning brought new delights to sample. Shout out to the concierge team, who were able to advise and assist with dining options and some additional arrangements. They were always prompt with their responses and I really appreciated their professionalism. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would gladly make the hotel my preferred choice of accommodation in Seoul for future trips.

Very nice rooms was the best hotel of the 6 we stayed in Korea. First hotel we’ve been in in Korea with really effective AC. Plenty of electric & USB outlets. Mini fridge, teapot, in room safe. Robes, slippers. In room, mini washing/drying machine; detergent sheets.. need to call for iron. Shower & tub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion. Comb, vanity kit, shower cap. Hair dryer. Lighted make up mirror. In-room wireless data projector. Large gym, swimming pool. Some noise from the corridor and rooms next-door. None from outside, having said that our room did not overlook the street over the hotel dome and roof. Great breakfast buffet

Once again,back to lotte seoul executive tower,service n food definetly the best,nothing can win on their efficiency n service,polite n acustom to your request,thank u so much to the staff,will be back again n again,i hope they can provide some additional service like people celebraying their bday or anniversary

Incredibly located, close to the major attractions and also the popular tour pickup points. The airport limousine bus stops right outside, which is an added bonus. The room, located in the newly-refurbished Executive Tower, was first class. I recommend getting a room that includes breakfast, because there was an amazing selection; everything you could possibly wish for, down to even a choice between soft bacon or crispy bacon! The coffee was the best I've ever had in a hotel, as it was prepared by proper baristas. The staff were so keen to help and so polite. Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel; it's not the cheapest, but I consider it value for money.

We chose Lotte Hotel by Google reviews. We were pleased that you made the right decision. We stayed on a high floor, facing Eulji-ro street, where we could appreciate the city, mountains and huge advertising panel with 3D images. Our room was DELUXE ROOM, with almost 50m2, excellent bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink with many amenities. Comfortable and wide bed. The breakfast is sensational, EXCELLENT (we already traveled a lot and we know many good hotels and I can say that it was an excellent experience for breakfast). The hotel is very well located, close to the Deoksugung Historical Palace and also the Geunjeongjeon Palace. Annex to the hotel has Shopping from the Lotte network and connections to other shoppings. Hotel customer has discount in the stores. There is also an EXCELLENT food area, highlighting the SUSHI KASE (the sushis come to you by the bench). Also inside the hotel there is connection to the subway. We were very well served both at the reception and at the breakfast. The LOTTE group is highly recognized in South Korea, being part of the Hall of Fame for their award wins from the Korea Standarts Association Service Gran Prix for 6 consecutive years. I recommend and if we return we will stay at the LOTTE HOTEL again. Congratulations.

This was the first time I stayed at this Lotte Hotel. I’ve stayed at the Signiel and that is a unique experience. But I have to say that I really loved the Lotte Hotel. We had rooms in the Executive Tower. We also had access to the La Cime lounge. The selection of high quality food at breakfast and at happy hour was astonishing. Champagne, open bar, beef tenderloin carving station—it was really beyond our expectations. La Cime access also gave us free use of the sauna and fitness area. We loved it! But even better were the kind and helpful staff. We had one or two small issues and we were so impressed that the hotel staff addressed them so professionally. We have nothing but good to say about the Lotte and we would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is very central. It’s within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions or just a few stops on the subway which is 3-5mins walk away. It’s also adjacent to the Lotte Department Store, perfect for any last minute souvenir grab; the food avenue in the basement is particularly good. The hotel is one of the grand dames and has a very classic vibe. Some of the standard rooms are really tired looking and the lower floors are undergoing renovations which you can hear after 8am. You can ask for a room change which was what I did and the front desk will swiftly do that for you. My room included a lounge breakfast at Le Salon, the selection was plentiful and fresh. During this trip, I misplaced a ring after I checked out and when I called the hotel the next day, I was told Housekeeping had found it and was placed at a safe until my instructions. I am super grateful for the honesty and integrity of the staff which truly reflects the values of the hotel management. Ive stayed at this hotel 10years ago and will definitely return again. This may not suit a younger travel with design in mind but I highly recommend it for the service I received and the proximity to Myeongdong and the vicinity around.

This should be a top 10 hotel in Seoul. I stayed at 3 5 star hotels during my solo trip to Seoul, and this was by far the best one. The service here is absolutely pristine. From the moment of my arrival, I was treated with such graciousness and service by every staff member I encountered. After a grueling taxi ride and multiple luggage, I felt very welcomed and taken care of the moment I stepped out of the vehicle. I encountered such high quality service here that I have not encountered anywhere else in Seoul. I booked a 1 King room and it was quite spacious. Every inch of the room was meticulously clean and the furnishings so elegant and high class. The location is in the heart of Myeongdong, so there are tons of stores and lots of people shopping all around. It is also attached to Lotte Department Store which provides lots of luxury shopping and lots of food options. Given the area, the traffic is loud, so if you are looking for a quiet place then this is not the best area to stay in. But if you want to stay in the area, then Lotte Hotel Seoul is the perfect place to stay. It will not disappoint.

Jasmine made our experience wonderful. She recognized that it was my wife’s birthday and upgraded us to a beautiful top floor suite in the executive tower. This set the stage for a wonderful visit. Service is fast and efficient. Everyone was friendly and great. The hotel rooms are tastefully appointed with very high end modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious as well.
