clean large rooms, foxtel, aircon, private ensuite. Rooms cleaned every day. new sheets. You can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Euro and Thai meals. English speaking staff... very good

Excellent, I have been there twice and have not complaint whatsoever. They are all extremely attentive and ready to help you or to gives you suggestions. I am looking forward to go back to BKK and to OM YIM

Stay Away from this place. Staff is unfriendly. Still waiting for our bags to come up, after 6 hours of waiting. They are remodel the next door...Stay here if, you love the sound of jack-hammer, and next door is high rise is going up. As of September 2012. The owner made us paid up front and ran. Wish us a luck to get our refund. No lift for 3-4 stories high. My mom is old and cannot to stair very well. Free wifi is free, works. That about the only good thing here. Bring ear plugs & Sleeping pills. Good Luck.
