Very good hotel but it is under renovation in some floor... breakfast is lovely & generous ... Room service cleaning is very cooperating specially Jeanne ... I will come back when I will be in Dubai for sure ... prices is very affordable...

It is a truly great hotel. I could hide this and keep to myself, but it would be unfair to the wonderful team working here and management. I have stayed in the hotel multiple times. And since we hold many training sessions, our instructors also stayed here. We held some courses in the hotel, in the amazing facilities, the catering, and the well-equipped training rooms. If you need to hold an event, ask Anvesh and Mihiri. Super-professional. The hotel has great gym facilities, and their meals are great too. Shireen was amazing in checking me in on several occasions. Once, I had a minor issue in the room after check-in, but I was tired after a long trip, which added to the stress. Shireen saw this and immediately resolved the matter so that I would not even be bothered. Amazing hotel!! Highly recommend!!

Abdul from the housekeeping team at Creekside Hotel by Accor provided outstanding service throughout my stay. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly made a difference. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and maintained to the highest standards. Abdul went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, reflecting excellent hospitality. Highly commendable and deserving of a five-star rating.

Perfect hospitality as usual

Very disappointing experience at The Creekside Hotel Dubai an Accor Hotel. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years, yet I was treated very poorly by the receptionist. The room advertised on Agoda clearly showed a bathtub with curtains, but upon arrival they insisted that the photos were wrong and tried to give me a completely different room. This is misleading advertising and unacceptable customer service. The receptionist’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive instead of trying to solve the issue. Very disappointing experience for a long-time customer.

I am very happy with the staff, everybody is extremely friendly. Especially Shabahat, who does my room is outstanding.
