Likes - Delicious breakfast - Pleasant hotel café - Lounge area and pool - High ceilings in the room and adjustable lighting - Excellent location Dislikes - The bathroom shower door is inconvenient, requiring you to drag shower gel from the sink to the shower stall; there's nothing there by default. - Part of the breakfast took a long time to arrive. - The view from the window was from the second floor, directly onto the street, not very comfortable. - The price is high, considering it would be even more expensive on the weekends.

This was already my second stay at Alexander Hotel, and one of the main reasons I decided to return was the incredible breakfast experience. The breakfasts here are truly exceptional — a beautiful selection of dishes, fresh high-quality products, elegant presentation, and a real feeling of luxury and abundance every morning. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is refined, warm, and welcoming. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, always making sure guests feel comfortable and cared for. You genuinely feel the high level of hospitality in every detail. Staying here is not just about comfort, but about enjoying a true luxury experience in the heart of Yerevan. Absolutely recommended, and I will definitely come back again.

I adore this hotel—for me, it's absolutely the best and irreplaceable in Yerevan 🤍 It can't compare to any Four Seasons in Europe. The service is simply impeccable, the team is incredibly attentive, the facilities are excellent, and, without exaggeration, the best breakfast.

High Standards, Low Communication We visited the restaurant at Alexander Luxury Collection Hotel on March 22, 2026, quite late in the evening, but there was still time before closing and the kitchen was operating. We placed our initial order and, after some time, decided to add another dish. At that point, we were told that the chefs were asked to stay specifically for us as an exception, which we appreciated. However, no one informed us that we would be expected to leave almost immediately after the food was served. The service initially felt very warm and attentive — the staff were polite, smiling, and created the impression that guest experience truly mattered. Unfortunately, the situation changed rather abruptly when another staff member approached us and insisted that we leave immediately, stating that the restaurant had already been closed for 18 minutes. When we politely asked if we could have just five more minutes to finish our meal, the answer was a firm no. If the intention was for us to leave shortly after the food was served, it would have been reasonable and professional to communicate this in advance. As guests, we rely on the staff to guide us — we come to enjoy the experience, not to track closing times ourselves. This lack of clear communication created a disappointing contrast with the otherwise refined atmosphere. It gave the impression that the focus is primarily on completing transactions rather than ensuring guests leave satisfied. In total, we spent around $176 (65,670 AMD), and while the setting and initial service were promising, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to how the situation was handled. Moreover, with this kind of approach to guests, this is not a place I would recommend for a date — the experience simply doesn’t feel relaxed or welcoming enough for that. There is definitely potential here, but better communication and a more guest-oriented approach would make a significant difference.

Although I’m a Bonvoy member, this was one of my most complete and successful Bonvoy experiences ever. I truly felt welcomed as a Bonvoy member—through the upgrades, the recognition, and the warm treatment. This hotel made me feel my membership truly mattered, and I hope all other Bonvoy properties will meet this same standard. The hotel—Alexander by Bonvoy—offered an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Before arrival, I received a room upgrade, and upon arrival, they upgraded me again to a suite. The room was excellent—spacious, with a large heated bathroom and cozy heating. The service was impeccable—from restaurant to housekeeping. Thoughtful touches like chocolates by the bed, fruit plates, and daily tea service made it special. The location is perfect—right on the pedestrian street near shops, Republic Square, and the Cascade. I highly recommend this hotel!
