Alliance Hotel Brussels Expo

We booked accommodation through booking.com, including breakfast, but the hotel is charging extra for breakfast for both children. That's absolutely unacceptable!

Location is good as its is near atomium and mini europe. Rooms Which we got is not so clean, bathroom smells awful for days. Airconditiining was not functional, gave complaint on day 1 but not fixed during our stay. We stayed for 4 days. Breakfast buffe is good and sufficient. Reception people are very friendly and helpful. They changed the sheets daily, which is good. Beds are confortable to sleep. Overall experience is ok but not so good for a three star hotel.

Visiting again and as always it's a very good hotel and really well located for my customer and a terrific restaurant just along the road too. - La petite Fourchette. Hotel staff, as always very friendly and helpful.

Visited for a concert; ideally located near the arena and the World Expo. Special mention for Steve, very welcoming and responsive! One small drawback: the shower goes from cold to hot in 3 seconds without any touch and vice versa.

The room was poorly soundproofed; the cleaning staff woke me up in the morning when they closed the doors. The location next to the ING Arena is incredible, a 5-minute walk. Breakfast is available at the hotel. There's a restaurant right next door.

We were warmly welcomed by smiling and helpful staff.

Very warm welcome

Excellent location, just steps from the ING Arena. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very varied. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. So much so that one employee even moved her car to free up a spot for us in the completely full parking lot so we could arrive at the concert on time. A huge thank you! It was truly heartwarming.
