Very good room and close to the Atomium with private parking – a great experience
I was disappointed with my experience. The welcome was rather cold and unfriendly. Furthermore, I had to pay €10 for parking, even though this extra charge wasn't mentioned during the booking process. Clear communication beforehand would have prevented this unpleasant surprise.
Nice service but the building is a ruin
Great, well located near the ING Arena
We picked the hotel for the proximity of the Atomium but it is not worth it. Everything is pretty messy, the bathrooms and rooms have black dirt an I think mold in the corners. It looks like a comunist building (or a low budget student dorm). We have some bytes after spending 2 nights there. I believe that the workers for the Expo area are the ones who keep the hotel alive. The breakfast is poor and low as quality. Everything is old and very very used. Nothing to like or to be positive about there.
I loved this hotel, absolutely clean bed sheets kind service and the food was good plates clean and cups clean I gave everything a 5/5
