Excellent location for exploring the city on foot, less than 10 minutes from Grand Place, with a metro and bus stop nearby. Excellent cleanliness, comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast with always fresh products. Complimentary coffee, tea, and croissants are always available in the lobby, and there's a Nespresso machine in the room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and luggage storage is available. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very well located for walking to the city center or the central train station. Friendly staff. Rooms with good natural light and comfortable mattresses. Delicious and complete breakfast, including freshly made waffles.

Check-in was very seamless and smooth. Room was very spacious for 1 pax and super clean. Area is quiet for peaceful sleep. Location is the best, very near to metro station and walkable distance to many places. Will choose to stay in 9Hotel Central in Brussels again.

Nice easy stay. I lost my keys hours after checking in with Dylan and he replaced them in no time despite the late hour. Great service, will be back!

We really enjoyed the hotel. The location is very central. This means it's quite noisy at night if you have the window open. The color scheme in the hallways is a bit jarring at first; however, the rooms themselves are very nice, and the breakfast is good. They make an effort here as well, although it can get a little crowded at times, and you might have to wait a bit, especially on Sundays. We would recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel with nice, beautiful, functional, and clean rooms, a pleasant breakfast area, but be patient at check-in – it's extremely slow, and the elevator isn't fast either. Good location, within walking distance of the Grote Markt.

The staff and location are very good, but I have to mention a few things that detract from this hotel: Street noise is clearly audible, which disturbs the peace and quiet in the rooms. When using the bathtub, the water pools and looks like a small river. The toilet didn't flush properly. We expected a better experience, as we've stayed in other hotels that are much more comfortable in every way.
