Superb hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Great location right in the center. Friendly and flexible staff, especially the bar staff. Conveniently located parking underneath. We come regularly with our children.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Brussels. I don't know what people are complaining about - everything was great during my stay. I chose a slightly more expensive room, which meant it was on the top floor. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't use the minibar; I wasn't charged anything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot under the building - incredibly narrow and low, so a large SUV probably wouldn't fit, but it was readily available - another plus for this hotel. And the location - BRILLIANT. Right in the heart of Brussels, everything at your fingertips. A small drawback was the breakfast, which lacked variety and was constantly running out of something. On the other hand, when asked for an update, the staff immediately returned with a full plate. There were very few items, and this was the first time I'd encountered a shortage of rolls. There were only breads that you had to cut yourself with a knife - looking at some of the guests, I was sure they were cutting bread with a knife for the first time in their lives 🤣 Another small drawback - the inability to even open the windows. We had a view of the hotel patio, so the room was dark and, given the lack of windows, it was stuffy at times. Of course, there's air conditioning, which helped. In summary, I have virtually no complaints about this stay and will definitely return in the future!

One of the receptionist was very rude she let us to carry our luggages by ourselves to the rooms even though that this is a 5 stars hotel in which we shouldn't be carrying the bags alone. Secondly, she refused to remove all the drinks that we didn't want in the room and we had to argue over the phone for them to send someone. And in general their service was very bad in everything.
