The location was perfect. The “standard one-bedroom terrace” room was quite large, but it isn’t actually a true one-bedroom. It’s essentially a studio with partial cubicle walls separating the space. The hotel and parking garage were extremely difficult to find. Google Maps kept directing us somewhere else (not the hotel’s fault), but when we called the hotel for help it took four calls before anyone answered. Unfortunately, the assistance we received was simply being told to “ask someone on the street.” We eventually had to pay to park somewhere else and walk around to locate the hotel and garage ourselves. The bathroom also had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. It looked like the previous guest had broken what appeared to be bronzer, and it was spread everywhere. Staff did offer to send someone to clean it the following day, but I declined because it should have already been cleaned and I had already taken care of it myself. Another strange issue occurred when my husband, who is quite tall, adjusted the rain shower head while showering. A kitchen knife fell from the top of the shower fixture. I messaged the staff to report it, but the message was ignored. I had originally booked a standard room and was offered an upgrade to a one-bedroom for €15, which I accepted. The day before our stay, our babysitter canceled, so I contacted the hotel. I was told I would need to upgrade again and pay an additional €180. However, when we arrived, we were placed in the same upgraded room I had already paid for. When I asked why I needed to pay more, I received a generic response, and when I asked for further clarification, my message was ignored. Lastly, the beds an pillows were extremely uncomfortable—like sleeping on rocks. It was the worst sleep I’ve had, and we travel frequently throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

The location is excellent. Unfortunately, the room furnishings are mediocre; some of the furniture looks very old and worn. There's no staffed reception. This makes it very difficult to, for example, leave your luggage. Another plus: free water dispenser.

My partner and two friends and I stayed from December 29th to January 1st, 2026. We were very comfortable, although the living room sofa is only big enough for up to three nights; perhaps one more night wouldn't have been as comfortable. The rest of the place was clean, and they even provided Nespresso capsules. We were able to use the washing machine on another floor. Everything was perfect. The location was unbeatable. I would definitely return.

We really enjoyed it, we have nothing bad to say. Everything was very clean, the location is great, and we had a problem with our card, but they resolved it immediately. Regarding reception, there was a staff member there one day, but otherwise everything was handled by email. They sent us the access code and then gave us instructions. Since there's no reception desk, if you arrive early and can't get in yet, there are lockers where you can leave your luggage (bring a padlock). However, if you don't happen to be with someone to help you through the second door where the lockers are, you have to carry your luggage around. We really liked it and recommend it.

The best thing about the accommodation is its central location and decent size. The floor is a bit worn, but sufficient for sleeping. The worst thing is communicating with them. There's no reception, and no one sent me the access code. I only got the code to access my room thanks to another guest who was able to contact them. They didn't send me any code before I arrived. On the last day, I asked them to store my luggage so I could explore the city. They told me to contact them when I was about to leave, and when I did, it took them four hours to reply. I had to leave my luggage in lockers that weren't supervised or locked. When we finally collected our luggage to leave, we had to leave our key cards in lockers for which we didn't have the code. Luckily, the cleaning lady was able to open it so we could leave our cards. The service at this accommodation was appalling, truly awful! If I had known this, I wouldn't have stayed there. Think twice before booking!
