Due to our flight cancellation, we booked at the last minute, but everything went very smoothly. The staff there were very welcoming and accommodating; thank you so much! 🙏🏻 The location is fantastic, right across from the train station and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

A very worn-out hotel, although for the price it's still ok

Welcome to a hotel straight out of the 80s/90s! If you enjoy long corridors with filthy, dirty carpeting, you've come to the right place. It's a 3-star hotel, but the 3-star standards have probably been lowered. It's expensive for what it is! Want to park in the lot? Bam! €12.50 extra. Surrounded by unoccupied buildings on the left bank, if you're "unlucky" enough to have a room with a river view, it's hard to get any rest—it's noisy!! At any hour! Once is enough!

Broken air conditioning, boiling hot, and the window couldn't be opened.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from Charleroi Central Station, but honestly, it feels neglected, with damaged equipment. During our stay, it was quite cold, and we noticed that the hotel's heating wasn't working, which the night receptionist confirmed. He gave us a portable heater that emitted sparks. As I said, the hotel is truly neglected. The curtains in the rooms don't block out any light in the morning, making it impossible to sleep properly. This hotel is in dire need of renovation. It would also be wise to invest in double mattress toppers, as the twin beds separate during the night, and it's quite unpleasant for guests to sleep on a bed that opens in two during the night.

The location opposite the bus station - and next to it, the train station - is ideal if you've missed a flight at Charleroi airport. The reception staff is very friendly and professional. The beds are austere, but reasonably comfortable for a one-night stay. It should be noted that the rooms were not particularly clean and if you walked barefoot, you noticed that the floor had accumulated dust. The furniture was old, and, in general, the room was not welcoming at all. The common areas of the hotel were old, and the carpet, better not to look at it. The surroundings of the hotel do not inspire much confidence at night.
