The unfriendliest receptionist we can recall in many years. A man unhappy with his lot - angry even. Room had been smoked in and remote control was filthy. One night on the way elsewhere so it takes a lot to be bothered to leave a review but the receptionist ensured we made the effort to do so. A lot of shady people outside the hotel completed the fun.

Warm welcome and ability to quickly find a solution. It's a real shame this hotel is no longer part of Ibis; it's no longer maintained. Room 414: faulty bathroom light switch, insufficient water pressure, and the same in the shower. The shower was very slippery and outdated. The air conditioning didn't work, so there was a fan, but it was full of dust and grime and was never cleaned. In my opinion, there was no housekeeper to oversee room cleaning because the room wasn't clean and the floor hadn't been cleaned; there were soda stains, and the floor was sticky. ⚠️ There are no power outlets next to the bed for people who sleep with devices; ask for an extension cord at reception. It's horribly hot in the room!!
